Billi Pod Says==>May 2011 Was Awesome!!

Hello my loyal and faithful readers. The entertainment stats for the month have been compiled and, in my humble opinion, they are pretty awesome. Here they are ...

In checking my daily log (log, not diary - real guys don’t keep diaries) I find that during the month of May 2011 Billi Pod attended/saw/did the following:

8 Broadway shows (Good People; War Horse; The People In The Picture; The Normal Heart; Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark; Billy Elliot; How To Succeed At Business Without Really Trying; and, Baby It’s You); 16 Off Broadway shows; 1 New York Philharmonic concert; and 4 Yankee games (1 win - 3 losses).

The highlight of the month was the all-too-short visit with Sandy Mullon of Anna Maria, FL. Sandy was here at PHC for 4 nights. We did a lot of stuff together including museums, galleries, walking, theater, dinner(s) and a trip out to the wilderness known as Brooklyn.

Was also able to have face time with Executive Assistant John Scott Reed and some of my AA buds (you know who you are).

Was out-of-town for 2 nights at the end of the trip down to Columbia, SC, for my oldest grandson CWO2 Alex Falletta’s deployment ceremony.

Fortunately, May 21, 2011 passed without the predicted worldwide earthquake, signifying the beginning of The End of the World.

Billi Pod stayed in PHC without attending some entertainment event only ... tada ... 3 days/nights. This means that he was at some entertainment event 9 out of 10 days/nights. Awesome when you consider the nasty weather during most of the month.

When all of this is considered the obvious question recurs==>has this 77 year old guy slowed down any?

I think not ... but ... I only report ... it is up to you loyal and faithful readers to decide.

GO YANKEES AND GO GATORS!!
