Hopefully, A Taping of REGULAR SINGING For This Afternoon

Friday==>OK, my loyal and faithful readers and followers, today’s posting will be somewhat shorter (stop the applause, I know who you are and where you work) because your favorite blogger has something scheduled for the early afternoon, details below ... so ... let’s get started with ...

Billi Pod’s report card on last night’s Off Broadway show ...

SUPER SHORTS 2013, one-act plays that explore diverse topics including sex, women's rights, the plight of the elderly and downsizing in the Mafia==>B+

The 7 one-acts were well performed, thought-provoking and often very funny. The full house was very much into the performances.

It is playing at the Workshop Theatre Company on West 36th Street, has a running time of 2:00, with intermission, and has only 2 remaining performances, Friday & Saturday @ 8:00pm.

Billi Pod says==>it is worth seeing.

Moving on quickly ...

At 12:30pm I am meeting Dian Crystal aka My Lady at the Public Theatre downtown where we hope to score tickets for the taping of ...

REGULAR SINGING - “The final death-haunted chapter in the touching tetralogy involving the liberal Apple family in upstate New York on the 50th anniversary of the assassination of JFK.”

This extremely well-reviewed series of shows has closed. We will, hopefully, be in the selected audience for a taping of the final play, which runs for almost 2 hours, without intermission.

I liked each of the other shows in the series.

Keep your fingers crossed for us, please.

Tonight’s plans have not been finalized yet.

OK ... gotta post this and then get ready to head downtown. One does not dare to be late when meeting up with My Lady.

Yesterday’s Pedometer mileage==>4.63 miles (or, 10,177 steps)

Total mileage since 7/1/13==>574.49 miles (average 3.34 miles per day)

GO GATORS!!
