Billi Pod is happy to report that last night’s concert==>BROADWAY WINNERS @ Town Hall was excellent, as usual, with a talented cast of Broadway performers singing some of The Great White Way's best known songs.
It was a very nice entertainment evening, especially with a comp. ticket. Billi Pod left the theater with a smile on his face.
I know that you loyal and faithful readers out there are anxious to learn this ...
Nope, Billi Pod is not gonna stay in tonight to watch the All-Star Game. Will catch the later innings, after my entertainment event.
Frankly, in the name of fair and unbiased reporting, I find the event to be kinda boring even though the outcome determines which league will have home-field advantage in The World Series. Yeah, I know ... not a positive outlook, especially for a baseball nut like Billi Pod, but it is how I feel ... don’t be judgmental ... live with it ...
Jeter has received some negative press about his decision to skip the game even though he was voted in as the starting shortstop for the AL. You know, for once Billi Pod agrees with the nay-sayers ... Derek should be there for the good of the sport. Jus sayin'
Tonight’s entertainment event is ...

Yeah, I know but it is playing at a theater on my block and I believe this is the first public performance.
In response to several snarky emails and texts ... yes ... yes ... Billi Pod knows the difference between dual and duel ... he made a mistake in yesterday’s original posting, but he made a correction as soon as it was called to his attention ... OK?
You see, some of you loyal and faithful readers get your Billi Pod Blogs info via a forwarded email that is actually a confirmation email generated by the blog site. I do use spell-check, both in my word-processing program and also in the draft posting on the website but sometimes even Billi Pod makes errors, which cannot be corrected in the confirmation email.
When I discover an error I can go back to the website and correct it but no new confirmation email is generated showing the corrected posting.
A good reason for you loyal and faithful readers to rely on the website rather than the confirmation email, as Billi Pod has "suggested" in the past ... remember?
