Billi Pod Says==>Way To Go Jets!!

How ‘bout them Jets!! Nick Folk kicked a game-winning field goal as time expired to give the Jets an amazing 17-16 win over the Colts in Indianapolis. WOW!!

I only watched the final quarter because of my NY Phil concert, but, man, what an exciting game. With only 53 seconds remaining Mark Sanchez lead the drive into field goal range. The rest is history.

Way to go Mark, sorry Peyton.

Yesterday was an awesome entertainment day for Billi Pod and he will now share with you loyal and faithful readers his report cards on --

YOU SAY TOMATO, I SAY SHUT UP==>A<==very very funny and well performed. See it if you can. It has a very limited run.

NEW YORK PHILHARMONIC==>A<==The new piano composition by Thomas Ades was terrific and it featured multi-media moving images, something indeed different for the NY Phil. There was a very favorable audience reaction.

Today Billi Pod will spend the afternoon in front of the tube watching football and also working on the final stats for his soon-to-be posted and much anticipated 2010 Activities Report.

Then, tonight-8:00==>MAN 1 BANK 0 - “the writer/performer tells his true story about what happened after he deposited, as a joke, a $95,093.95 junk-mail check marked ‘non-negotiable.’ All Hell breaks lose.” ($9.00 TDF ticket). Sounds like fun.

You know, I am at a loss for words about the tragedy in Arizona. I don’t understand and I guess I never will. It just seems to me that true evil is everywhere these days.

Anyway, let me close with the usual --

Musings from THE MIND OF BILLI POD (a memoir in progress):

“Eenie, Meenie, Miney and Mo are all offspring of the Marx brothers.”

GO GATORS AND GO YANKEES!!
