IT’S GREAT TO BE A FLORIDA GATOR!!

Good morning my loyal and faithful readers and followers out there in the hinterlands, boondocks and wilderness.

Yes, IT’S GREAT TO BE A FLORIDA GATOR!!

As you know, in yesterday’s 37-26 win over HALF ASS U, the Gators shredded the No. 1 rushing defense in America with 244 yards on the ground. We also had 150 passing yards.

The win brought the Gators to a season record of 11-1 and an almost certain invitation to a BCS Bowl Game. I don’t think anyone, and I mean anyone, predicted this type of season for the Gators, certainly not Billi Pod.

I have to give Coach Will Muschamp (no more with the Coach Muskrat) credit, he fielded a tough, gutsy team that ground its way through what was probably the toughest schedule in the country.

Major kudos to him, his coaching staff and to the individual team members for their hard work and efforts in restoring The Florida Gators and The Gator Nation to our rightful place among the football elite.

Urban who?? Oh, yes, he is the pussy who declared that the Gator football program “was broken.”

As anticipated, Billi Pod spent the entire day/evening in front of the tube watching college football, including Michigan/OSU, South Carolina/Clemson and Notre Dame/USC, which were all exciting games.

I was, however, able to leave PHC after the Gator game for an hour+ walk session in the Port Authority Bus Terminal.

Today is yet another entertainment doubleheader for Billi Pod ...

2:00==>MESSIAH: REFRESHED @ Avery Fisher Hall. “Jonathan Griffith leads the Distinguished Concerts orchestra and chorus in Thomas Beecham and Eugene Goossens's 1959 re-orchestration of Handel's holiday classic.” ($9.00 TDF ticket)

This is a great way to start the holiday season. I saw this performance last year and loved it.

I will head out to Lincoln Center about an hour early so I can do a walking session in the underground areas of the Center, out of the elements. It is forecast to be in the high 30s around noon.

Then for the evening, downtown at The Public Theater, it will be ...

7:30==>SORRY - “The Apple family share a meal in Rhinebeck, NY, as they sort through personal and political feelings on Election Day.” (Off Broadway - discounted TDF ticket)

This show has received very favorable reviews and I am glad I will be able to see it before it closes on December 2nd.

Sooooooooooo ... it is time to post this and then get ready to head out to Lincoln Center ...

<==Yeah, FSU does indeed SUCK!!

Yesterday’s Pedometer mileage==>4.16 miles (or, 9,098 steps)

Total mileage since 7/1/12==>791.37

Mileage remaining until 4/23/13==>287.63

GO GATORS!!
