Major congratulations to Lori Levine and Scott Reed and Flying Television for bringing us an entertaining, educational and inspirational evening with last night’s production of SHINE ON @ Radio City Music Hall.
The star-studded gala event was sponsored and produced by Good Housekeeping and celebrated Woman Making History. The event also benefited the National Women’s History Museum in Washington, D.C. The museum, which is yet to be built, will be dedicated to preserving, interpreting, and celebrating the diverse historic contributions of women.
Dian Crystal and I had a terrific time. Our seats were excellent and I was able to introduce her to some of my young friends including: Ben Sears, Justin Pifer, Amber Lee and, of course, Scott Reed.
AGAIN==>THANKS LORI AND SCOTT!!
OMFG!! It is majorly nasty out this morning. Raining and cold - 42ยบ @ 8:30am.
Dammit-to-Hell, rain is predicted for the rest of the day and into the early evening. Meaning==>YANKEES vs. BALTIMORE game at 7:05pm will likely be rained out, again. If so, I hope they announce it before Billi Pod heads out to The Bronx.
If the game is rained out I will finally catch the movie WIN WIN.
I guess, in the name of fair and unbiased reporting, Billi Pod has to report that there was a downer at last night’s show. What, you loyal and faithful readers are no doubt breathlessly asking? Well, all I can say is ... a certain unnamed person, known in certain circles as Ben Ten Ten and/or Transport Boi, abruptly left his seat about 15 minutes into the show, never to return ... why? Jus askin?
Oh, the so-called “weak bladder” excuse ain’t gonna cut it. Jus sayin.
GO YANKEES AND GO GATORS!!
Billi Pod
