Billi Pod Says==>HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE BILL.

Good afternoon everyone out there in the hinterlands.

Let's get this posting started with ...

Happy 43rd Birthday to my son Bill III aka Billyboy aka The Bill who lives in Orlando, FL, where he is a High School math teacher, avid golfer, dog lover, Crimson Tide fan and a GREAT son, pal and buddy.

Love ya Billyboy!!

Hope you were serious about wanting to come up to The Big Apple this summer. It’s only been 14 years since your last visit. We would have a ball, that is for certain and you would get the bedroom in PHC - how ‘bout dat?

At around 3:30pm yesterday afternoon I got an email from one of my ticket services advising that my comp. ticket to last night’s THE PEACEMAKERS CONCERT @ Carnegie Hall had been canceled. BUMMER!!

I don’t think that the performance itself was canceled, just that the producer’s had withdrawn their comp. ticket offers. This is a rarity, but it does sometimes happen, usually when there is a sudden surge in purchased tickets ... it just goes with the territory.

The major downside for Billi Pod was that the entertainment events for a Monday are very sparse and nothing was available that interested him at all ... so ... he stayed in the warm and cozy confines of PHC. Yes ... he could have walked the short distance over to the two movie theaters but he just opted not to ... and==>BORING!! He should have gone to a movie, without a doubt.

Anyway ... it is a nasty day out there right now ... light rain, windy and cold, but not as cold as the last several days and that is good.

Tonight’s entertainment event is ...

7:30==>ONE THOUSAND BLINKS - “Desperate to break a pattern of underachievement, Morgan leaves his girlfriend in America for a job teaching English in a far away country. Instead, he finds himself translating an obscure medical textbook written in a language he doesn't understand for a doctor who doesn't believe in sleep.” (Off Broadway - $9.00 TDF ticket)

This is playing at the 59th Street Theatre complex, one of my favorite venues.

Well ... the countdown to Alex’s return to Kuwait has begun for him and for all of his family and friends. Army Guy leaves out of Tampa International at 11:00am on this Thursday. I am happy to report that Gina and ... yes ... not joking ... 12-day old Saylor will be there to see him off.

I will close by sharing with you loyal and faithful readers two awesome pictures recently taken by a professional photographer ...

GO GINA! GO ARMY GUY!! GO SAYLOR!!!
