A Weather Report - Baseball - Billi Pod’s Outlook on Life

Tuesday==>Good afternoon my loyal and faithful readers and followers. Your favorite Sunshine State blogger must report that at 1:30pm here in Winter Park it is pouring rain with lots of thunder and lightning.

The forecast is for it to continue off and on until the early evening hours. Oh well ... ain’t nuttin I can do ‘bout it ... so ...

Let’s  just move on ...

As expected, yesterday was pretty much consumed with rather boring errands and chores.

In the evening Billi Pod was in front of his 42” flat screen TV, watching ... tada ... sports ...

Last night at that disgrace known as Tropicana Field Slade Heathcott (who??) hit a go-ahead 3-run HR off of the Rays closer, Brad Boxberger, topping off a come-from-behind 4-run 9th inning rally, winning 4-1. We were down to our final out in the top of the 9th when A-Rod hit a double, driving in the tying run.

Both starting pitchers were excellent and we didn’t get our first hit until the 8th inning.

It was a very exciting game to watch. We now trail Toronto by 3-games in the AL East and have a 3-game lead in the wildcard race.

Tonight Billi Pod also expects to be in the comfortable confines of his apartment watching ... drum roll ... baseball ... beginning with ...

7:10pm==>Yankees vs. Tampa Bay in game 2 of the 3-game series, again from that disgrace known as Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg.

On the mound for the Yankees (79-64) will be Adam Warren (6-6) who is making his first start since June 25th vs. Jake Odorizzi (7-8) for the Rays (69-74).

We will end this boring posting with something related to Billi Pod’s outlook on life ...
You are so very welcome.

KICK CANCER’S ASS!!

GO YANKEES AND GO GATORS!!

Yesterday’s mileage==>4.63 miles (or, 10,122 steps)

Total mileage for 2015==>1,044.73 miles (average 4.07 miles per day)
