Good morning from The Big Apple. This is a report card on Billi Pod’s Saturday doubleheader:PLATANOS & COLLARD GREENS--->just didn’t work for me<---in all honesty, I had extreme difficulty understanding about 50% of the dialogue when they slipped into the rap/street-slang mode. Not a hearing problem, a comprehension problem.
2nite-8:00--->WITH GLEE-“A musical comedy about five wayward, eccentric, isolated, awkward, sweet, naive, nerdy teenage boys who are sent away to a boarding school in Maine.” MY FB friend Will MacAdam recommends it.
FALLING FOR EVE--->A+<---a really enjoyable evening. The cast is outstanding, especially Adam and Eve. I highly recommend it.
