TGIF!! and The Boston F**KSOX Come To Town.

Yes ... it is indeed TGIF for all of my loyal and faithful readers and followers and Billi Pod wants to start this posting with some timely advice for everyone out there in the wastelands, hinterlands and boondocks ...

You are so very welcome even though it is a bit of a downer.

And, speaking of downers ... let me share with you Billi Pod’s report card on last night’s Fringe Festival show ... 

G==>for good;

B==>or bad; and

?==>for “I have no f**king clue.” 

DOGS: A BITING COMEDY, about a theater director who sets out to create an Arab-Jewish Romeo & Juliet musical==>B<==as in BAD!! 

It was listed as a comedy. Not funny. Mostly yelling, cursing and fighting. 90 minutes of incomprehensible mishmash.

The only positive thing about the evening==>after the show I walked from the bowels of The West Village back to the apartment via The High Line and it was great.

But ... speaking of mishmash ... yesterday afternoon the Yankee bullpen blew it and we lost 10-7 to The Rangers in a game we should have won for the series sweep. 

Totally glad I wasn’t there.

But ... have no fear my loyal and faithful readers ... I will be at Yankees Stadium, The House That Greed And Ego Built, tonight for the first of a 3-game series against the pitiful BOSTON FUCKSOX, who are 12 1/2 games behind the first-place Yankees and 6 1/2 games behind in the Wild Card race.

Tonight @ 7:05pm it will be Phil Hughes (11-10) on the mound for The Bronx Bombers vs. Franklin Morales (3-3) for The FuckSox.

Bad news==>there is a projected 50% chance of rain at game time. Oh well ... ain’t anything Billi Pod can do about that ...

In the name of fair and unbiased reporting Billi Pod must also reveal to you loyal and faithful readers and followers that he intends to be a couch-potato this afternoon, glued in front of the tube watching 3 Little League World Series games at 1:00pm, 3:00pm and 5:00pm.

Think I will post this and then go out and walk at least a mile before the first game, so ...
